Peter Carlsen
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Peter's role is to oversee and enrich the overall output of the company, making sure the Booking Booster application fulfils the brief and exceeds client expectations. He also works with clients to help them achieve their goals for enhanced performance and connectivity, and takes overall responsibility for new business. Starting out as a hotelier, Peter has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Previous dotcom experience has taught him many business lessons but most important, given him the inspiration for a platform for the creation of a web based application that he envisages will become an integral part of any hotelier's daily life, offering far beyond what we offer today. Nick Wheeler
Integration
Nick is also a Java specialist and works on integrating hotels' and agents' systems. "At Booking Booster I take on hardcore Java programming. I like to get to the heart of the problem and use the right tools to crack it. At Booking Booster I can try out the very latest in web techniques, knowing I have the back-up of all our in-house knowledge which gives me the confidence to take on any issue."

Caroline Carlsen
Customer Support Manager
Following a long career in hospitality, Caroline understands customer requirements for channel management better than anyone. "I work with the team, Clients and partners to ensure we remain focused on delivering the customer experience that underpins Booking Booster. Collaboration is essential throughout - both with the Client to make sure the way their hotel is set up remains relevant and appropriate, but also to ensure the channels work well."

Ainhoa Hernantes
Interface
Ainhoa's skills lie in both front-end development and the object-orientated design required for Java development, a combination which ensures that the Booking Booster application maintains its intuitive interface and functionality at the same time as dealing with system support requirements. "I work between the core development and support teams and am fully au fait with the business requirements behind the project. I make sure that the system always operates seamlessly."

Chaz Warriner
Systems Analysis
Because Chaz's team deals with systems analysis, he is often the first point of contact for new agents looking for integration. Ten years' experience managing successful Internet programming teams, an excellent all-round knowledge of Internet technologies and great people skills make Chaz an invaluable member of the team. This is frequently demonstrated by his ability to quickly grasp the nub of an issue and act decisively to deliver the most effective solution.
